LibLit

Access LibLit to bridge the justice gap today.

Through innovative financing, we aim to unlock capital to help combat some of our most pressing social issues in the US.

Unlocking Capital for Good

Cases with definable impact are currently underfunded

While legal aid non-profits are striving for universal access to legal representation for everyone, many cases are being turned away due to insufficient resources, conflicts of interest, or misalignment with the legal aid organizations' mission. These cases commonly involve civil rights violations, breach of employment laws, discriminations, and medical negligence.

Bridging access to justice through inclusive capitalism

LibLit aims to unlock capital for good by providing liquidity to underfunded impact litigations and support the underserved communities. We are currently at the ideation stage and have been in conversations with non-profits, litigators, litigation funders, and fund managers in the US.
